What different sizes do you offer?
We offer three ADU sizes to fit your needs: • Model M – 300 sq. ft. • Model S – 450 sq. ft. • Model K – 600 sq. ft.
How long does it the process takes?
The entire process, from permit application to receiving the certificate of occupancy, takes approximately 3-4 months.
What's included in the price?
The price includes a fully built ADU with appliances and cabinets. However, it does not cover land, site preparation, utility hookups, or foundation.
Do you help with the permit process?
Our team will apply for the required permits. Permit costs are included in the listed price but may vary by city.
Will the ADU be built offsite?
With the CFS technology, we are able to manufacture the frame offsite and ship it in panels to the site.
